Goa Land Records
An online portal egov.goa.nic.in has been launched by the Goa government to provide information related to land records online. This is a new way to check land records online. Through this online portal, citizens of the state will be able to get the information related to their land online without visiting government offices. This will save both time and money for the people and there will be transparency in the government working system.

- On the webpage enter the following details:-
- Taluka
- Mutation Number
- After entering the details click on the “view status” button.
- Now the related information will be on your computer screen.

To check mutation status for the urban areas then you have to follow the simple method given below:-
- First, go to the official website of Goa Land Records.
- After opening the official website you have to enter the Mutation Number.
- After entering the mutation number click on the “view status” button.
- Now the related information will be on your computer screen.
Check Rural Land Record Details
- First of all, you have to go to the official website of the Directorate of Settlement & Land Records, Goa.
- After opening the official website, on the home page, you will see the option of “Form I & XIV“, click on it.
- After clicking on the option the next page will open.
- On this page, you have to select Taluka, Village, Survey Number, Subdivision Number, etc.
- After that enter the captcha code and click on the “View Details” button.
- After clicking on the button related information will be displayed on your computer screen.
Check Urban Land Record Details
- First of all, you have to go to the official website of Goa Land Records.
- After opening the official website, you will see the option of “Form D” on the home page, click on it.
- After clicking on the option the next page will open.
- On this page, you have to enter City, PT Sheet Number, Chalta Number, and Captcha Code and click on the “View Details” button.
- After this, the related information will open on your computer screen.
