इससे आप कॉपी किये डाटा, टेक्स्ट को कहीं भी पेस्ट कर सकते हैं।


यदि आप वेब पेज में किसी स्पेसिफिक वर्ड को खोजना चाहते हैं तो आप पेज को स्क्रोल करने बजाय Ctrl+F की मदद से स्पेसिफिक वर्ड को खोज सकते हैं। इससे आपका समय बचता है।

Esc Key

यदि आप गलती से किसी ऐसे पेज पर पहुँच गए हो जहाँ पर बैक होने का विकल्प मौजूद नहीं है तो आपको घबराने की जरुरत नहीं है आप Esc Key का इस्तेमाल करके उस पेज को बंद कर सकते हैं।


कंप्यूटर में ओपन किये गए प्रोग्राम को बंद करने के लिए Alt+F4 कीज का उपयोग किया जाता है।


यदि आपको किसी वेब पेज अथवा एमएस वर्ड की फाइल में लास्ट पेज पर जाना है तो आप स्क्रॉल करने के बजाय Ctrl+End शॉर्टकट कीज का इस्तेमाल करें। इससे आपका समय बचेगा।


यदि कंप्यूटर / लैपटॉप में आपकी कोई गोपनीय या महत्वपूर्ण फाइल / डाटा है एवं कंप्यूटर को को छोड़ते समय आप नहीं चाहते की आपके कंप्यूटर को कोई और देखे तो आप Window+L का इस्तेमाल करके कंप्यूटर को लॉक सकते हैं।


कंप्यूटर पर सीधे डेस्कटॉप पर जाने के लिए आपको लम्बा प्रोसेस करने की जरूरर नहीं है आप Window + D का इस्तेमाल करके सीधे डेस्कटॉप पर जा सकते हो।
