e District Delhi Online Registration: इच्छुक उम्मीदवार जो Delhi e District Portal पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करना चाहते हैं, वह निचे दिए गए तरीके को फॉलो करें.

• सर्वप्रथम आपको ई डिस्ट्रिक्ट दिल्ली की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा.

• वेबसाइट खुलने के बाद होम पेज पर आपको “New User
  ” का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा. इस पर क्लिक करें.
• ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने के बाद “Citizen Registration Form” खुल जाएगा.
• इस पेज में आपको डॉक्यूमेंट टाइप सेलेक्ट करना होगा. इसमें दो ऑप्शन हैं – आधार कार्ड व वोटर पहचान पत्र।

• आपको जिस सम्बन्ध में जानकारी चाहिए उस विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
• उसके बाद संबंधित विवरण दर्ज करें एवं “Submit” बटन पर क्लिक करें।
• बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद सम्बंधित जानकारी आपकी कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर खुल जायेगी।

Issuance of ROR

• सर्वप्रथम आपको दिल्ली ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाएँ।
• उसके बाद होम पर आपको “Issuance of ROR” का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा, इस पर क्लिक करें।
• ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने के बाद अगला पेज खुल जाएगा।

• इस पेज में आपको निम्नलिखित विवरण दर्ज करने होंगे:-
  • Registration Id or e-District User Id
  • Mobile No
  • District
  • Subdivision
  • Village
• सभी विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद कैप्चा कोड डालकर “Submit” बटन पर क्लिक करें।
• बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद सम्बंधित जानकारी आपकी कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर खुल जायेगी।

शिकायत दर्ज करने की प्रक्रिया (Register Grievances)

• सर्वप्रथम आपको दिल्ली ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा.
• वेबसाइट खुलने के बाद होम पेज पर आपको “Register Grievances” का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा, इस पर क्लिक करें.
• ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने के बाद “Grievance Registration Form” खुल जाएगा.
• इस फॉर्म में आपको निम्नलिखित जानकारी दर्ज करनी होगी:-
  • Department
  • Name
  • Mobile No
  • Email Id
  • Problem Description
  • Application No (if, any)
  • Registration Id(if, any)
  • Old Grievance No(if, any)
  • Whether Query Related to Technical/Operational
• सभी विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद कैप्चा कोड दर्ज करके “Submit” बटन पर क्लिक करें.
• शिकायत दर्ज होने के बाद आपको एक रेफेरेंस नंबर मिलेगा, जिसके आधार आप आप शिकायत की स्थिति चेक कर सकते हो.
• इस प्रकार आप ऑनलाइन अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हो.

शिकायत की स्थिति चेक करने की प्रक्रिया (Track Grievances)

• सर्वप्रथम आपको ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट दिल्ली की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा.
• वेबसाइट खुलने के बाद होम पेज पर आपको “Track Grievances” का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा, इस पर क्लिक करें.
• ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने के बाद अगला पेज खुल जाएगा.
• इस पेज में आपको Grievance Id, Mobile No एवं Captcha Code डालकर “Search” बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा.
• अब शिकायत की स्थिति आपकी कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर होगी.
