भारत सरकार द्वारा असंगठित क्षेत्र के कामगारों (Unorganized Workers) का नेशनल डेटाबेस तैयार करने के लिए e-Shram Portal को लांच किया है। इस पोर्टल के जरिये श्रमिक अपना “ई-श्रम कार्ड रजिस्ट्रेशन” कर सकते हैं जिन श्रमिकों का e Shram Card बन जाएगा, उन्हें सरकार द्वारा कई प्रदान की जाने वाली योजनाओं का लाभ मिलेगा।

ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर देश के 38 करोड़ से अधिक असंगठित श्रमिकों का इस पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण किया जायेगा, जिसे आधार कार्ड से जोड़ा जाएगा। श्रमिक New e Shramik Card के लिए स्वयं ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट के माध्यम से या कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर जाकर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से निःशुल्क है। श्रमिकों को रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का कोई शुल्क नहीं देना होगा।

ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत सभी श्रमिकों को 12 अंकों का एक ई-श्रम कार्ड प्रदान किया जायेगा। इस श्रम कार्ड में श्रमिक की व्यक्तिगत, कौशल, बैंक, निवास एवं अन्य जानकारी दर्ज होगी, जिसके आधार पर श्रमिकों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा, एवं उन्हें रोजगार के अवसर भी प्राप्त होंगे।

असंगठित क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत कामगार E Shram Portal के माध्यम से E Shram Card बनवा सकते हैं। इस कार्ड के जरिये श्रमिकों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा कल्याण योजना एवं रोजगार योजनाओं का लाभ मिलेगा। E Shram Card Online Apply निचे दी गयी विधि का पालन करें:-

• सबसे पहले आपको ई-श्रम पोर्टल की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट https://eshram.gov.in/ पर जाना होगा।
• ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट खुलने के बाद आपको “Register On e-Shram” ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना होगा।
• उसके बाद आपको आधार कार्ड से लिंक मोबाइल नंबर, कैप्चा कोड एवं EPFO, ESIC की जानकारी दर्ज करके “Send OTP” बटन करना होगा।
• अब आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी आएगा, वह ओटीपी दर्ज करना होगा।
• ओटीपी दर्ज करने के बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म खुल जाएगा।
• इस फॉर्म में आपको आवेदक की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, पते का विवरण, शैक्षिक योग्यता, एवं बैंक अकाउंट डिटेल्स दर्ज करना होगा।
• सभी विवरण सावधानीपूर्वक दर्ज करने के बाद आपको ओके बटन पर क्लिक करना है।
• उसके बाद फिर से आपको आपके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी मिलेगा।
• वह ओटीपी दर्ज करने के बाअद आपका ई-श्रम कार्ड आपकी आपकी स्क्रीन पर आ जाएगा, जिसमे क्यूआर कार्ड भी होता है।

अगर मोबाइल नंबर आधार से लिंक नहीं है तो ऐसे बना सकते है E Shram Card

यदि आपका मोबाइल नंबर आधार कार्ड से लिंक नहीं हैं, या खो गया है, तो वह अपने निकटतम कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर (CSC) पर जाकर बायोमेट्रिक प्रमाणीकरण के माध्यम से पंजीकरण करा सकते हो।

ई-श्रम कार्ड रजिस्ट्रेशन स्टेटस

Once you have successfully registered yourself on Eshram.gov.in, the backend team will now verify your eligibility criteria based on the credentials that you have entered into the portal. Provided that everything is right, the government will issue you a 12 digit UAN number with the Shramik card. You can even choose to download the soft copy of the card by following the steps mentioned below:

• At first, you will have to open the web portal. 
• Now, enter your login credentials.
• You will land upon a dashboard. 

Provided that the status of your card is already approved, you shall now be notified with a link, and you can click on the link to have the card downloaded. If the status is “not approved”, or “in processing” stage, you might have to wait or try again later.
